Somehow, brother John talked me in to doing a little hunting while I had a few days off. -25c sounds like perfect weather for hunting even the quads wouldn’t start!! Had to use the exhaust from the trucks to warm them up to get them to fire!! Then a slow chilly drive to the top…

It’s time to look after my Roses!!
I have been crazy busy but it is time to start and look after my roses!! Two layers of burlap and then I’m going to fill the rose garden with lots of leaves!! Hope it works!!

Just what I needed…
Just what I needed to hear on my way home from hunting….”The carpet is wet in the basement!!” Well, raced home to a wet basement!! The outside tap somehow cracked and was leaking into the wall as Joanne watered the trees. 2 1/2 months with no significant rainfall!! There’s are so dry…except the basement carpet!!
